Breakin’ News: ‘Green Hornet’ Cast Is Frakkin’ Awesome

edward_james_olmos_image__2_What’s “frakkin'”? It’s a reference to one of the greatest science fiction television shows, ever. Edward James Olmos (see left), of the acclaimed Battlestar Galactica, has been officially confirmed to have a role in the upcoming “Green Hornet”. Joining Olmos is Tom Wilkinson, who was great in “Michael Clayton”, and David Harbour (“Revolutionary Road”).

Now if they can just get Nic Cage to actually sign, they will join Cameron Diaz, Jay Chou and Seth Rogen to round out the cast.

Schedule Changes: ‘The Green Hornet’ Pushed Back To Dec. 2010

Jackson Bishop at Collider noticed something funny at Box Office Mojo. The release date for “The Green Hornet” had suddenly been pushed back (yet again) to Dec. 17, but with little in the way of explanation. So, Drew McWeeny at Hitfix decided to ask star Seth Rogen upfront about the jump, and we get a little confirmation and explanation from him in the process after the jump:
